We're putting together a real front door for this program, and it'll be open in early 2027. Until then, here's what it is and what to expect.
Most stories on Herix just get published and grow on their own. The Partner Program is the exception — it's how we work directly with a small number of writers instead of only hosting what they post. Right now that happens the old-fashioned way: someone on staff reads a series, likes what they see, and reaches out.
Early 2027 is when that turns into an actual process, with a page where you can see whether your story qualifies and put your name in, rather than just waiting to get noticed.
The basics won't change. Herix has to genuinely believe in a story before offering a partnership, which in practice means it's been running for a while — the current bar is at least 20 chapters and active serialization. What changes with a partnership is that the relationship gets put in writing: rights, promotion, and how the story gets developed from there, spelled out in a contract instead of left assumed.
No two agreements look exactly alike, because no two stories or writers do either. That part isn't something this page decides — it's worked out in the contract itself.
There's no application to fill out yet, but you can still reach us. Tell us about your story and we'll keep you in mind once the program opens.
