Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: August 18, 2026
Herix Studios is committed to making Herixstudios.com accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to discover, read, and share stories. Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we design, develop, and improve Herix Studios.
1.Our Accessibility Goal
We are working toward making Herixstudios.com conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, an internationally recognized set of recommendations for improving the accessibility of websites and digital content.
As Herix Studios continues to develop, we regularly work to identify and address accessibility barriers across the platform.
Our accessibility efforts include, where applicable:
- Providing clear and readable text
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast
- Supporting keyboard navigation
- Providing descriptive labels for interactive elements
- Using appropriate headings and page structure
- Providing alternative text for meaningful images
- Designing pages to work across different screen sizes
- Supporting browser and device accessibility features
- Avoiding unnecessary motion and other potentially disruptive visual effects
- Making forms and account features understandable and usable
- Improving compatibility with assistive technologies
2.User-Generated Content
Herix Studios is a publishing platform where writers and readers contribute content.
Because stories, images, comments, and other material may be submitted by users, some content may not fully meet our accessibility goals. We encourage writers to consider accessibility when creating and publishing their work.
Where possible, writers should:
- Provide meaningful alternative text for important images
- Avoid using images as the only way to communicate important information
- Use clear headings and formatting
- Provide appropriate descriptions for visual content
- Avoid unnecessary flashing or rapidly changing content
Herix Studios may review accessibility concerns involving user-generated content and may take appropriate action where necessary.
3.Known Limitations
Herix Studios is a developing platform, and some areas of the website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Accessibility can also vary depending on the content submitted by individual writers, the browser being used, the device, and the assistive technology being used.
We are continuing to identify and address accessibility issues as the platform develops.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, we encourage you to let us know so that we can investigate and, where possible, improve the experience.
4.Accessibility Feedback
If you have difficulty accessing any part of Herixstudios.com, please contact us.
Email: [email protected]
When contacting us, it is helpful to include:
- The page or feature you were trying to use
- A description of the accessibility issue
- The device and browser you were using, if known
- Any other information that may help us reproduce the issue
You do not need to provide personal or medical information when reporting an accessibility issue.
We will make reasonable efforts to review accessibility feedback and work toward resolving identified barriers.
5.Accessibility and Third-Party Services
Some functionality on Herix may rely on third-party services or technologies. These services may have their own accessibility characteristics and limitations that are outside of our direct control.
Where possible, we will consider accessibility when selecting and implementing third-party services.
6.Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project.
As Herix Studios grows, we will continue reviewing the website, improving its accessibility, and addressing issues brought to our attention.
We welcome feedback from users who experience accessibility barriers and use that feedback to help improve Herix Studios.
